Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size of your order. We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping options. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout based on your selected shipping method.

International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders may vary based on customs processing in the destination country.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders with these destinations will be canceled, and you will be notified by our customer service team.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Intelligence Beaute Cosmetics LLC, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used beauty products, including skincare, makeup, or haircare items. Gift cards and final sale items are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, exchanges are available for products of equal or lesser value, provided the product is in its original condition and returned within 30 days. Exchanges for higher-priced items will require payment of the price difference.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for any defective items.

Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at concierge@intelligencebeaute.com with your order number and details of the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error occurred with your order.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned items are received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
